My Old Ass (2024) is a heartfelt coming-of-age comedy-drama written and directed by Megan Park.

During an unusual experience, Elliott unexpectedly encounters her 39-year-old future self, played by Aubrey Plaza.

Her older self offers advice about family, relationships, and the choices that will shape her future.

As Elliott navigates romance, friendships, and growing up, she begins to reconsider what truly matters and how she wants to live her life.

Featuring a breakout performance by Maisy Stella, alongside Aubrey Plaza, the film blends humor, fantasy, and emotional storytelling.

My Old Ass premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, where it attracted attention for its performances, inventive premise, and heartfelt approach to the coming-of-age genre.
