Phillip is a registered dentist who is also a rapist. he has an evil hobby of conquering all females in uniforms. such as girl guides; and then killing all of those who resist him. One day he attempts to rape Jenny. When she resists he kills her and however, things go wrong and he must deal with jenny's policewoman sister. Then she becomes the obvious next target.
