The Green Hornet Vol. 1 [DVD]

Blank DVD with a label and jacket. Waste of money.

This DVD did not play at all. I tried other DVD's in my player and they played fine. I then tried the Green Hornet DVD in my computer and it still would not play. I want to return it for a full refund.

This tape consists of 3 episodes from the "Green Hornet" t.v. series which were made into a 1974 theatrical release movie (according to the description on the back of the tape box). The film was edited to highlight some of Bruce's fight scenes from the t.v. series.The Green Hornet is similar to the "Batman" t.v. series of the 60's but not quite as hokey. It is quite fun to see Bruce as Kato and brings back memories of seeing the series when I was a kid. Kinda cheesy but fun!Technical fyi: the tape has been digitally re-mastered from a 35mm print in the original 1:1.85 theatrical aspect ratio, and also includes a documentary featurette on "Black Beauty"; Green Hornet's special custom car.

Decent quality, just wish the complete series came in a "Box Set"Price a little high for three episodes, and some are "Unavailable" anyway.

Hard to navigate this dvd. It wouldn't let me skip scenes. I had to rewind or fast forward like an old vcr tape.

If you are looking for a quality version of the television show, avoid this. This is a PIRATED version of a handful of episodes edited together cutting off the introduction to the shows, missing the credits completely, and generally badly hacked together. The visual quality is ABYSMAL. The original source material was probably VHS cassettes. The episodes are in a chaotic and completely random order. This is a GARBAGE release and should cost MAYBE $3.It is sold on what appears to be a hand printed DVD-R disk that was probably burned in someone's living room. The disk WILL NOT PLAY in DVD players or Blu-ray players that do not support the DVD-R format (fairly few actually do). The disk is cheap garbage. The packaging is amateurish and CLEARLY an illegal knock off.Avoid this crap like the plague!

Purchased this for my brother. He just received it and tried it in his DVD player . Does not play. Wished he had read the other reviews. So disappointed.

There is no audio and no video information message. Will not play. How do I send it back? It gets no stars from me, but I had to fill one in to submit.

I was very disappointed because the DVD wouldn't play in my DVD player. I'm not sure if my player is too old, but at least it played on my computer.

poor,when requesting another copy I received the same results.no audio or video.it was like they never recorded the series.I really wanted to watch this series however gave up when the copy would not play. i have purchased series Hawaii Five O and Magnum PI and they play just fine.They should check their product before sending out a defective one

I bought all of the gren hornet dvds I like to rewatch them from time to time. the first 3 are compilations -mixing shows together. the other ones do the episodes in order. the trouble is that when you watch the shows over again the shows get darker and you can't see any details

I should've known better.This dvd says Taiwan on the back cover,and only 99 minutes long.I thought I would at the very least get several episodes.I'd like to send it back to amazon so they could stick it up their rear end.At least that way I'd be getting my money's worth! Anyway,i already removed the packaging.I wouldn't recommend this to a martian,he'd probably know better!
