This review refers to the edition from Bonzai Media. As it is difficult to find out the contents of the different Volumes here it comes:Disc 1: Movie "The Green Hornet" (1974), made with material from the seriesDisc 2: Movie "Fury of the Dragon" (1976), likewise plus Bonus: Trailer & rare interviewDISC 3: the two "Batman"-crossovers plus Bonus: Pilot Episode of the series and one 10min. fight videoDisc 4: ORIGINAL SERIES, Episodes 1 to 9Disc 5: ORIGINAL SERIES, Episodes 10 to 19 (except Ep. 15)Disc 6: ORIGINAL SERIES, Episodes 20 to 26 plus Bonus: 1 Episode of the Japanese SpidermanThe back covers - especially the ones from volume 4 to 6 - are not very helpful because they tell that the discs contain just 7, 5 and 6 episodes from the series. In fact (with exception of episode 15) these three discs contain the complete series!Image quality is like a VHS copy - but that's OK.Hope I could help!
enjoyed it alot
This DVD is terrible. The editing has taken bits from several episodes and added them together. It’s difficult at times to understand what’s happening. This appears to be totally bootlegged. The DVD menu doesn’t work either.
No sound on the DVD was really looking forward to some previously unseen (to me at least) footage of Bruce Lee
There is no audio and no video information message. Will not play. How do I send it back? It gets no stars from me, but I had to fill one in to submit.
There was no DVD inside package. The second one sent had the DVD inside thanks.
Quality is challenged and its not ALL Bruce Lee KATO videos! Some audio issues as well but yes, Bruce Lee footage is cool!
It is sad that this series was not released by the studio, maybe now that Disney owns it we may yet see it released. This is one of the various options to actually view this series , and it contains the alleged (incorrectly the 1st ep, I will say that the first ep is the one about the diamond smugglers- Van Williams complained about his mask so the prop dept. made the one with the Hornet seal to replace it) and the Batman/ Green Hornet crossover. In quality it is cable quality, and not as god as some I have seen None the less this is what's out there, so if you like the Green Hornet, this is how you can see this series .
All the orders are great down to the shirts
THIS SELLER SHIPS VERY FAST-ITEM AS DESCRIBED-BRAND SPANKING NEW-THANK U.
I am a huge fan of both Bruce Lee, and the Batman tv series. If you like goofball humor and ridiculous villains, you will love this as much as I do.This dvd is a 2 part Batman episode where The Green Hornet and Kato happen to be in Gotham City on business. Do Batman and The Green Hornet work with, or against each other?.......you'll have to watch to find out. (And you'll have fun doing it).
