The Zebra Killer is a 1974 blaxploitation horror film about a police officer who becomes obsessed with a serial killer and rapist after his girlfriend is kidnapped. The movie is also known as Panic City and Combat Cops. It's based on real events that occurred in San Francisco in the early 1970s, but it has nothing to do with the real-life murders known as the Zebra Murders.
