Tarkus is Emerson, Lake & Palmer's second studio album, released in 1971 on Cotillion Records — a landmark of progressive rock featuring the sprawling seven-part title suite on Side A and a collection of shorter pieces on Side B. - Presented in the original gatefold sleeve featuring William Neal's iconic armadillo tank artwork.
